Horrible strong stewed tasting latte I’m guessing it’s from not emptying out old grains before dumping in new. That’s what it tastes like anyway and the crusts on the egg sandwich were dry. To be fair this happens a lot at various Greggs shops one visit the coffee is perfect the next it’s like this. So disappointing when your looking forward to your drink and you have to pour it away!

Horrendous customer service. Jobsworth working there not only wouldn’t accept the order ref for my magic bag and made us come back to the house to collect my phone that I ordered on. They also stated if we hit collect again in the house they won’t give us the free magic bag. Think they need to go on a customer service course as they certainly haven’t been on one so far.

An annex to a derelict Pub opposite the Hells Angels clubhouse. Now that's a first? Usual good fare though, quickly served, and it calmed the empty Tum. Can I complain about anything Greggwise? Can I hell. Gx
