Shocking customer service,served by a girl who was more interested in talking to her colleagues and chewing gum. Ask for upgrade but seemed to confuse her, so I said it didn't matter,the meal it self wasn't worth the money, save your money and goe elsewhere wouldn't recommend on service

Miserable staff and very unhelpful.Food came and looked like it was catapulted in with sauce out of the box and only half on the burger. Stay away from this KFC and.head further down to the golden gates instead.

Will not be back ? Apparently more than 1 order is out of scope because dealing with two caused absolute chaos for them. Both orders were wrong in almost every possible way. Only 1 single member of staff (Saskia) seemed to have any idea what customer service was as I had my back turned on me multiple times when trying to have items corrected and 0 apologies until going back up the 4th time.

never got my order right once, what you get is usually okay though, until you get delivered 12 tubs of their supercharger sauce, the wrong burger and 2 tubs of gravy somehow...

Had a KFC delivery, excellent delivery service, but a shame one of the hot wings was no bigger than a broad bean. Tiny. The Uber app only allows me to leave a rating for the driver...what about the meal? Rest of meal was good.
Ordered via Drive thru. My son's fillet box meal was served as a burger ONLY. NO CHIPS! NO SIDE! NO PIECE! Just as well I always check my meals from this place. NO APOLOGY when I went in for them to rectify the issue.

Not been to KFC in a very long time. A decade has passed actually. I wanted to see if I was missing out and I am really not.Over £22 for 2 towers meals. Its fast food and nasty and way overly priced.I think Nandos is over priced chicken however at least its a sit down service so I can kind of get behind their price.Lad that served me was top though.I can get a better meal at Weatherspoons.Mint if you like this but it's just as easy and tastier making it yourself.The tower sandwich all had the same texture of like a mush and looked nothing like the photos on the banner.
