Desserts don't turn up like photographed online. Ordered a biscoff cookie dough and milkshake. Sticker with order details placed over lid of milkshake so cup not usable and the sticker just rips and doesn't come off.Highly disappointed in the biscoff cookie dough, not as described at all. Described as 'warm and gooey cookie dough. Biscoff sauce and biscoff crumbs'. The cookie dough came cold yet cremated. It was not a soft cookie dough but rather crunchy cookie. Advertised as having biscoff sauce but didn't come with any biscoff sauce only crumbs so extremely dry with the crispy cookie. Additionally, I paid extra for an add on tub of ice cream and this didn't arrive.After being immediately disappointed, tried to contact the shop immediately to try and get something amended, after ringing through 11 times we just gave up.DO NOT RECOMMEND - any issues can't even be dealt with as staff do not answer phone. Overall highly disappointed in quality of food and the service provided by the company. Will not be going back.

First timer ordering from here, very long delivery time via Uber, ordered at 8, delivered at 10:10We got kinder waffle, tower cakes & mini doughnuts.only downfall was the mini doughnuts ain't fresh, their basically Morrisons mini doughnuts served with sauce, for the price they should be fresh. I would order from here again.

Absolutely shocking service, ordered waffle and two milkshakes at 21:30pm, after waiting 40 mins called the shop to be told they are very busy, order still not arrived by the time the shop was shut at 23:00, assumed it was not coming and headed to bed to be woke up by a knock at the door at 23:20!! unbelievable! Decent thing to do would be to advise your customers on how long they are expected to wait when placing the order!However, Credit where credit is due, the waffle was delicious and delivery driver did apologise for the wait.

Milkshakes were lovely, tasted great. However brownies were so dry, kept getting stuck at the back of my throat. Thankfully had my milkshake to wash it down! Came pretty quick overall milkshakes are nice, brownies need some work.

Nice milkshake, just only get a takeaway. Store isn't appealing, wheelchair in the doorway, stock all over the place and the music they are blasting can only be described as vile.

not impressed posted food took a hour to get there, the brownie was rock solid and cold, then was told we where getting a new one out, this took over a hour to come. never again

Stopped off with a couple of pals.Saw the shop and decided we were hungry.Food was really good.

Ordered a few times now and it was fine but the last few times if its not cream missing off milkshakes it's a half asked job I got no cream or sauce on my milkshake that I ordered they said they'd send another 1 out and sent a plain chocolate milkshake it's getting a bit ridiculous now .

Have ordered in the past and was pretty good but our latest order was awful, took an hour to deliver, waffle arrived squashed as the delivery driver had put the box on its side, opened it to find soggy strawberries on top, definitely frozen and really poor quality. Loaded doughnut was disappointing, ice cream was melted. Ice blast tastes nothing like an ice blast, as well as arriving without a straw. Honestly wouldn't bother again. Waste of money.
