When my diabetic MIL didn't received her order from another takeaway, they happily waited on the phone for 10 mins while she decided what she wanted, as I made her order that was delivered with no effort. with in 15 mins, this was all 20 mins before they closed.

Waited last night for pizza and it still hasn't arrived my kids fell asleep coz it got so late ..it would be nice to actually receive the pizza

Tonight, I have ordered a chicken peri peri wrap with salad in the wrap from your restaurant on the 24/3/23 at 1930. The order arrived however the wrap was made wrong with chips inside and not salad. I immediately contacted the restaurant at 20:00 and the women who answered the phone apologised and said there would be a new wrap made and sent out.An hour after this I re rang the restaurant explaining the wrap had still not arrived. The women said it had been sent out and I had to wait 15 minutes. I then waited this time for the food still not to have arrived. I rang back for a 3rd time at 2115 to ask for a re-fund for the wrap that had still not arrived. The women explained she could not help with a refund because the manager was not in and no one else around to speak to. She told me to ring back later on at midnight to speak to the manager.I do not think this acceptable, I would like to complain about the time it had taken and request a refund for the awful service. We order from pizza daddy Blyth quite regularly and have never been let down but tonight I can 100% say that I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.Terrible and disappointing customer service from a good staple takeaway.

I never normally complain but the food tonight was inedible. The kebab pizza was burnt and pepperoni overcooked, i could have got one from iceland for £6 cheaper. The garlic bread with cheese was dry. I went to the shop with them and what annoyed me more is they said nothing was the matter with them and its the kebab that gave it the burnt look. He did offer to make me another kebab one but I was so annoyed that he said there was nothing the matter with them, especially the pepperoni one too which my son wouldnt eat. £18+ down and to another pizza shop to get none burnt kebab and pepperoni, much more appetising pizzas . An expensive Saturday night! Lesson learned. Happy to share the pictures of what a none burnt kebab pizza looks like and also a more edible pepperoni......pizza daddy. Haven't touched the garlic bread either!

I wouldnt even give 1 star, ordered thin pizza tonight and the dough was still uncooked. Cold in the centre! Absolute rubbish..... And thats where it went

I have tried most takeaways around the area and Pizza Daddy is my favourite , especially the combo of a pizza - cheesy chips and garlic sauce. It’s always spot on , better pizza than dominoes and delivery drivers always polite and efficient. Been ordering from here for years and highly recommend. Top quality
