Not great. Old owner made the best curry but then he sold the business to current owners. You used to find all sorts of wonderful surprises in your curry that you wouldnt expect, cashew nuts, sultanas, every bite was a different sensatioj . Now Vegetable options consist of artificially coloured sauce and a handful of mixef veg from what was obviously onevof those one pound bags you can get from iceland or whatever of carrots and peas. Good starters and naan though

Ordered a Chicken Dansak, Onion Pelaw Rice, Garlic Naan and chips, i was well impressed with portion sizes and the quality of the food, really tasty, will be going back there again.

Well priced, big portions and a good variety of curries on offer. Ordered takeaway to eat at our accommodation and left feeling happy about our choice.

Must say I was looking forward to an Indians.. wish I never bothered. Chips where dry and shriveled up thou they had been from night before. I asked for extra garlic on nan bread and it had a dollop in the middle. For the main it was standard but cartons only 3/4 fullScore 4 out of 10Won't be back ☹

Food was really nice, great delivery service with friendly driver. I especially liked the Kashmiri curry and Peshwari naans - super sweet and creamy! Also reasonably priced :)

I would not recommend this place for food. Order took about an hour to arrive. Jalfrezi was mostly oil and grease. No flavour to it as it had far too many chillies in it. The naan breads had a texture that was similar to leather boots. The garlic naan was just a normal naan with a dollop of garlic butter spread over it. Got an Indian naan kebab that I wouldn't even feed to a dog. Garlic chips were soggy and tastless as the garlic was far too overpowering.

Had takeaway from royal balti it was absolutely disgusting my husband had lamb Biriani no taste to it whatsoever might as well got a 2minute rice out of the cupboard and cooked. That. I had chicken rogen Josh it's the worst one I've ever had. Firstly it was nearly cold then no juice to it no flavour absolute rubbish. I certainly won't be ordering anything again from the royal balti..the naan bread was cold and hard the only thing any good was the poppadoms and chutney and let's face it you really can't go wrong with them.i certainly won't be going again.
