Ordered from Just eat and food didn't come despite the app telling me the food had been delivered.Phoned the shop and was told it was nothing to do with them and that I need to sort it with Just eat. This is despite the staff admitting they have had a problem with drivers eating the food.Subway took no responsibility and tried to palm it off onto Just eat.Wouldn't go near either company again

Hi I had the cheesy stake foot long sub it was really nice, and enjoyed every biteVegetarian options: I'm sure they cater for vegetarian and they have plenty of salad choice

Called into Subway in Blyth for two chicken salad for lunch. This is what I was given no sign of Chicken and box not even a third filled. I did find some chicken but only a shocking amount and salad was very limp and didn't taste fresh.I'm a beliver in protesting with my feet and I will not be going back there again.

Overall experience at subway has been alright but the staff members are very rude and don't seem to care much about the customers, long wait times and wrong orders have happened during my visits this week which have happened more then once

Staff are extremely patient, despite visiting with someone who has learning difficulties who could not make up their mind, both friendly and helpful.

Love a subway, picked mine and the kids lunch up fresh and tasty as always, I found the staff lovely and polite also made an effort to talk to my littlest girl who although she’s shy she likes the attention, will definitely be back
Was picking my sandwich and noticed small flies all over the salad, turned my stomach but felt it was too rude to point out to the innocent staff. Looked up and saw the fly zapper was broken. In my opinion the place should shut til that is fixed, disgusting.

Ordered off Uber eats, came absolutely freezing as if it had been put in the fridge, nachos all squashed and cheese was hard on nachos. Rang to complain and man was rude!
