“Our main meals this evening were beautiful, great choices on the menu making something for everyone. Reasonably priced for the food that is given out. The service started well this evening however tailed off. It took a while for someone to clear away plates and we had to ask to order puddings. The puddings that came were only just warm and one of the crumbles hard however the staff knocked off the puddings from the bill which was appreciated. This wouldn’t put us off coming back again as our main meals were so lovely and there looked to have been a big party in too. A real bonus is being able to take your doggies too. Thank you”

“Fantastic service from Management.
My neice had her wedding reception upstairs. Carol decorated the room beautifully with white seat covers and grey sashes . Really professional and helpful. Definitely recommend”

“Stayed in a 2 bedroom, disabled caravan in October last year in 2023. A wheelchair can access the bathroom, hallway and living/dining area. It can fit in the centre of bedroom 2, which has a single bed on each side but you will need to reverse out of the room. In the main bedroom the wheelchair can access the room but that's about it. You can't get to any side of the bed.
Kitchen counter, cooker and sink are lower and accessible for wheelchair user.
Reserved parking spot for this caravan and ramp access.
We enjoyed our stay here at Cresswell Towers and loved Cresswell Beach which is nearby. It was a nice experience and the beds were comfortable. The rain is loud when you're trying to sleep and you can hear conversations of people passing by.
The door handle inside the bathroom was left on the toilet tank and was at times hard to slide the door open. Also, the bathroom door had a gap so your family could potentially see you in the shower, which had no shower curtain!(thankfully that didn't happen to us ?). There was another gap with the main bedroom door and 1 chair had a loose seat cushion.
It was a decent place to rest and chill after a day out and to spend time with the family. We didn't use any other facilities here.”

“visited for the first time today. myself, partner and 3 kids. it was 5:40pm so just before they stopped servicing food - wasnt an issue at all. staff super friendly and welcoming. Sunday roast was faultless, we both had the trio of meat and couldnt finish them. Kids shared fish and chips and a scampi and chips. all said it was yummy. will 100% be back for food when up that way.”
