Went today for dinner, very nice, I had the steak pie with mash & mushy peas & my partner had the ham & coleslaw sandwich both bloody lovely, highly recommend.

This s great place to tbh its a bit busy but a great atmosphere, they don't take booking but don't worry, it a high turnover that you just need to have a pint and chill.The staff are really friendly, very helpful.Food was lovely and it's well worth a visit. Nice!

Just had a very disappointing Sunday lunch here. Arrived at 4 which was 2 hours before food service stopped so wasn't expecting very dry meat, luke warm veg and overdone Yorkshire pudding. Never had a bad meal before but well below standard today. Usually don't bother saying anything when asked if everything was ok by the staff but did this time and all I got was 'oh that's a shame' and they walked off. Won't be bothering to eat here for a while, shame as it used to be good.
