Great fish and chips , trialling Gluten Free on Saturdays, and the fish and chips were amazing ( Battered sausage for the dog went down really well, he said Canine out of ten!!!)

We usually go to the Kielder2 for fish & chips but as hubby was dropping someone off in Morpeth, we thought we'd give it a try...big mistake. I've never seen "cod" so thin, if it was 1cm thick I feel that's being generous. Overcooked, hard and tasteless. Chips were ok but as hubby said it's hard to mess up a spud. We should have read the reviews first but hey, once bitten twice shy. Never again

Very very bad stuff and service i just have now fish and ships it's my first time trying the restaurant they are very rude and weird and irrespecutful i don't know what happen with them when i talk they just laughed together i was like any costumer i said hi can i have fish and ships please they start to laugh then he ask me vinegar or salt i said salt i don't like vinegar they start to laugh then they ask me if i want lemon i said yes please and they start to laugh again and tell me to do that at my home this is unacceptable behaviour 000000000 ???????????? i will never ever back there

Advertised as open till 9 pm on a Saturday evening. Tried to place an order for collection at 8.35 to be told equipment had been turned off? Perhaps review your website timings, if you can’t place an order after 8.30 pm.

My 13 year old daughter visited today with a friend. She ordered a childs fish bites and chips to sit in with no drink and was charged £9.30. When she got home and told me i then rang the shop as assumed she must have been charged incorrectly as that is ridiculously expensive for a childs meal with no drink, yet it was confirmed on the phone that it was correct. She said the food was nice but she certainly will not be back and was shocked and upset by how much it was. Considering you can get a dine in fish bites and chips for £4.95 in the spanish city restaurant i think you would agree that it's a ridiculous price! God knows how much an adults fish and chips would cost.
Disappointed with the chips n bits called in around 3pm they where inedible. Not fresh and had been in the hopper for some time

Worst fish and chips ever . The grease coming from the extractor fan which faces the street smells of old oil and just keeps pumping out all day . The chips were grease and tasted old and the fish batter was very hard and hard to eat won't be returning this place is disgusting .
