Food is okay for what you pay for. First time we let a missing sauce slide thinking it was just a 1 time deal, 2nd time it’s happened we called up and it’s currently been over 30 minutes waiting for a pot of sauce. (Baring in mind we are 5 mins away from the store)The person who delivers normally doesn’t even give you the pizza, he hands you the bag and expects you to do it for himEdit: turns out the sauce didn’t even show up in the end (despite being told it would be there Asap)

Las night we ordered Chicken Kebab, Mixed Kebab and a portion of chips. As always the food was excellent, perfect chicken and lamb, fresh salads and amazing chips and dips it’s defiantly the best Kebabs in Morpeth and the service and prompt delivery are 1st class, highly

Ordered some chips cheese and bolognese, after 30 minutes I asked where the food was, and I was told I had not paid, after a long of arguing I was finally refunded,.worst takeaway I have ever been too, staff are terrible and rude.

Ordered pizzas at 5.30, given a 6.30 delivery estimate, rang at 7pm and was told they would be 10 minutes. It's now after 8pm and they still haven't arrived. Won't use them again.

Pathetic ! Paid cash and had my change dumped on the desk without the guy saying a word or looking at me. Placed an order for 3 items and the drink and extra pitta were missing. DONT USE, plenty of other food places with better service

Horrible service. Waited almost 2 hours for an order on just eat. I recieved an update saying the restaurant was busy so my order was delayed - fair enough. After waiting a while longer I chased it up only to find my order had been cancelled because they couldn't find my address.
Chips missing from order, when told they were not included with small kebab meat (despite online menu suggesting otherwise) I replied that that made the small tray of donner meat £5 more expensive than the large £4.50 I was met with silence! Eventually told I could go back a pick some up.... no thanks, already charged 50p online for collecting my own take out!Side salad.... huge amount of kos and red cabbage, 2 slices of jalapeo, 3 half rings of red onion and 3 slivers of tomato, very poor.Garlic bread with mushrooms was ok. Lesson learnt, back to Hungary Shack Ashington in future.

Very poor service, it was 45 minutes for delivery when I ordered I called back twice to chase the order up. On the second call after waiting two hours I was told by the shop they had cancelled my order as they were two busy, very poor service.
