This is one of the best Subway franchises I’ve used, the staff actually fill your sub, plenty of salad options (never been told there’s no onion left etc.) stacked sandwiches and they are NOT skimpy on the sauces !!! Unlike other places. Staff always polite. Prices are reasonable too. (Scan the QR code on photo next time you purchase)

I had went in to enjoy a nice subway but I was greeted with staff who are not properly trained.The production line was fairly slow and staff barely said a word to the few customers that had entered.There was a woman in front of me and her friends were sitting on a table drinking alcohol in the store and the staff did not even say a word to them at all about it!Kids had walked in after them and they still didn’t even ask them to stop drinking, any with any sense would ask them to stop drinking alcohol in store or ask them to politely leave while drinking it. I will NOT be going to that store anymore and hope the staff have better common sense in the future.

The server handled money and food all the time wearing the same pair of gloves. Subway staff are supposed to be trained to a decent standard but clearly this lady has no concern for hygiene. She took the change out of the till and handed it to me with the gloves on and then put the salad in my sandwich with the same gloves hand that handled the money. I threw my sandwich away and I won’t be visiting this branch of subway again.

I visited on Friday 6th March at lunchtime. I ordered the Vegan Meatless Meatball Marinara. The red haired lady who served me didn’t change her gloves when she made my sub. When I paid she kept her gloves on and handed me the change whilst still wearing the gloves. She then proceeded to add the salad to my sandwich with the same gloves used to handle the money. Staff should be trained about basic hygiene and they should remove gloves when handling money. They should also change gloves if they’ve been handing meat and the next customer purchases a vegan or vegetarian option. It’s especially important to practice good hygiene with the current worry about Coronavirus!
