Just got home with our fish bites and chip 2 minutes along the road from the outlet and the produce was clay cold obviously not freshly cooked and was palmed off to us maybe an uncollected order,all the chips were congealed and stuck to the packaging and the fish was cold, a noticeable change in quality maybe due to a lot of new faces behind the counter,not good,will not return after 5years loyalty and will now use Balls along the street.

I made i mistake order 3 hours to early rang up the guys were great on the phone !! I got there at 8pm after work cooks me fresh cod chips excellent!!! Fantastic chip shop

I had the sheer pleasure of visiting this shop recently and it was an experience worth raving about! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm ambiance and friendly staff who made me feel right at home The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations based on our preferences. The chips were just as delightful, each one was a perfect balance of fluffy and crisp, lightly salted to perfection, and served piping hot The portion sizes were generous and satisfyingmaking it excellent value for money. Overall 5 out of 5 in my experience

Partner found a stone in his kebab and it has chipped his tooth. It has caused a lot of pain, we are very unhappy with this as this has never happened before and we usually enjoy our food from the takeaway.
