WARNING - CASH ONLYIt would have been good to know when I rang up and placed my order....! This is 2023 and not everyone carries cash!!! No apology either. And don't follow Google, you are taken to the back door FFS - sort that out as well..... After driving round Wylam to get cash, it was almost 40mins after I'd ordered, food was cold and congealed when it eventually made to table.....

Tried this takeaway for the first time after seeing positive recommendations on a social media group. No menu to see on their Facebook page and no website so we ordered for basic Chinese meal to be delivered. Ordered on a Sunday at 7.45pm and was told it would be approximately 1hr 30min which we were OK about. Ordered Chicken Chow mein & house special mixed meats with ginger and spring onion, Curry and rice. We give clear instructions that they must use the rear of our house to deliver which is clearly marked and is easier for them. We asked for a menu as we were new customers. They delivered to the wrong area of the house and no menu, when we mentioned both to the driver she said she hadn't been told. The food was hot but that is where the positive ends! All of the food was very over salted and noodles congealed in one big lump. Hardly any chicken pieces in the noodles and it was just to salty. The house special had more meat to it but again to salty. We were unable to eat our meal. We tried to phone the takeaway but couldn't get through so give up! We definitely would not recommend this Chinese takeaway.

Think this was hand on heart the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. I don’t even know where to start. It’s like they’d run out of sauce and so just put meat and veg in tap water. Binned the majority of what we’d ordered.

Avoid. Sent wrong order. Wont answer phone. The food we did get was the worst ive ever had from from any takaway.
The worst chinese curry I've had in a long time. Literally in a full portion, 4 miserly slices of chicken and 4/5 small King prawns. Really stingy, I'd rather they put the price up and actually provided a reasonable meal. In addition only 4 pieces of prawn toast usually 6-8. Awful, won't be going back bur nice cheerful service.

This takeaway shop(Wylam Garden, 41 Jackson Road, Wylam, NE41 8EL) has been selling stinky chicken to customers since mid-August, including shredded chicken, Sweet & Sour chicken, lemon chicken, chicken noodles, chicken used in fried noodles, chicken curry, chicken with black pepper and so on. The chicken has a very serious odor, and you can smell it about 2 meters away. These chickens were bought cheaply from other places by the boss. Since the first time I bought them, I have told the boss about these chickens. Can not be used, there is a very serious odor, but the boss only said that it is only the smell of chicken and can continue to be used. I believe that many customers have already eaten the chicken and found that there is a problem with the chicken.
