We are always looking for new dog friendly venues where we can enjoy a nice walk followed by great coffee and a bit le to eat.We certainly enjoyed our jacket potatoes with a lovely cappuccino. Just a shame about the weather.Poppy was welcomed and even given her own little biscuit treat from the staff.We certainly plan to return

If you are vacationing in Northumberland, travelling through or just want a trip to the country, Wylam is well worth a visit. Historically it is the home of George Stephenson, inventor and pioneer of steam locomotion. Vegetarians can have mushrooms instead of bacon on the eggs benedict. It was delicious. And very good coffee. Lovely place open at 9amVegetarian options: Ask to Swap bacon for mushrooms on the eggs benedict they were very happy to accommodate. There is a big vegetarian breakfast also.
