Went on the website tried to order it wouldnt accept the voucher so phoned up to ask for help was told the website needs altering the offer is no longer available, then ordered something else was told collection only so rude on the phone too wont be ordering there again anytime soon avoid at all costs

I mistakenly ordered the wrong pizza but after ringing the branch the team fixed my mistake. My pizzas were nice and hot and delivered quickly. Great service - thank you!

Always quick, always accurate processing the order. Always arrives piping hot.Nothing to do with the store but I do wish they'd not inflate the prices and force you to mess about with vouchers/discounts/meal deals etc it's a pain and unnecessary.

Just tried ordering from Domino's in Arnold I live at bestwoodTo be told they don't deliver to my area so why did I get a leaflet delivered earlier today if you don't deliver to me???Also before being told this I wanted to order one of your deals 2 medium pizzas and 2 classic sides to then be told I can't have to sides I wouldn't to order because they wasn't in the deal when it says on the leaflet they was part of the classic sides.You really need to sort yourselves out because you are going to lose so many customers this way.

Not sure what’s worse the customer service team or the restaurant themselves. I was charged for an order that failed and it’s taken over 2 weeks to get a refund. Multiple calls to the store and CS. Still hasn’t been resolved
Pizza arrived all mouldy!!! I only noticed after already eating 2 slices!! Staff didn’t give 2 hoots and worryingly didn’t seem surprised!!

As much as I love Dominoes the prices they charge for a bit of bread and cheese is extortionate.We tried Cucina down the road instead l and it was much better value for money. Pizzas were tasty, didn't make me feel dehydrated and no stomach cramps!

Phoned up to place an order before that I checked on line. Wanted to charge me 30 for a large pizza and delivery but if I collect it myself it was 11. Such a big difference so I collected. They informed me to use the app for discounts other than that you have to pay full price. They don't accept money has to be card which I think is bizarre. Person in shop was helpful and plesent.

Should have looking at the reviews before ordering, can totally understand why all the bad reviews. You would have thought with a big company like Dominos everything would be on point. Partner had to travel to collect and when he got back, 2 items missing from our order. Person over the phone, who we could hardly understand may we add, said they don’t deliver to our address (which you would of thought they’d offer to deliver anyways due to missing our order and we spending £30) so my partner had to again travel to recollect, by this time we was no longer hungry with all the messing about and waiting. Cookies tasted terrible compared to other dominos. Next morning we both felt horrible. Avoid this place. Worst dominos. Definitely need new staff and someone who speaks very good English on the phone.

Worst dominoes in Nottingham. I will never order from here again. Delivery is always efficient however the food quality is diabolical. Ordered 3 pizzas and there were about 4 slices between them that actually had cheese on. All the others were just sauce. The pizza was also undercooked and soggy. This is the second time we have had an experience like this and will definitely not be ordering again
