Just wondering why staff that are being paid to work are playing the last game of bingo which is paying out extra money for them that are playing bingo all through the bingo session… within the last five weeks they have won three times. This may sound like like sour grapes It isn’t… what’s annoying is they don’t contribute to the rest of the bingo games.. which dose contribute to the last win… love the vibe in the cross keys, but this is very off putting… this week...read full review

Visited here on the 23rd of June which was a Friday. It was a bit quiet but it was nice. Had excellent service from a lad called Lyle. Served straight away with a smile and a bit of banter. He was very attentative to what I wanted and I’m very picky and it was done to perfection. Nothing seemed like to much effort for him. Lovely lad and a very happy customer. He’s an asset to the team.

What a fantastic breakfast served by a fantastic Bubbly Karen Redfearn. The breakfast burger was great and son throughly enjoyed his mac and cheese and the wife enjoyed scrambled eggs on toast washed down with coffee latte and orange Fanta
