This place was good, we used to be very loyal customers with papa johns at the top of our takeaway list. However the last few times we’ve had a BAD experience all round. Both food and service really not great. Hope they recover themselves, otherwise we will have to find a favourite takeaway elsewhere ??.
Not terrible, but they overdo it on the pizza sauce and barely even cut the pizza. This place is our local and we've bought a pizza-cutter just to cut the pizza that they don't.It's better than some of the other local pizza places, and they're usually relatively fast and friendly, but they let themselves down badly with the detail.Parking: Car park across the road always has spaces, remember to get a ticket for free parking from the machine.

We placed an order at 16:00 and it took 1hr 20 minutes to arrive. We called the store and the staff member was rude to us and then put the phone down on me. Once calling back I was told I couldn’t make a complaint to the store (but the website said I had to do it via the store) and then once we started to eat our we saw that the BBQ sauce was out of date and the cookie was completely burnt. Contacted customer support but heard nothing back.

Per ordered on line for delivery at 19:30, order was accepted and paid for. At 21:00 there was still no sign of the delivery - called the restaurant over 40 times and there was NO answer, either got an engaged tone or it just rang out. No one bothered to contact us to let us know it was going to be late.
Disgusting service and won’t be using them again

Wow what can I say 1 hour and 45 mins for delivery no update via email couldn't get through on the phone Drove over and the attitude was absolutely shocking and disgusting. Due to the attitude we will never use again or recommend Shame on you

The app showed food delivered for 10 minutes before it actually arrived. When it arrived the pizza was Luke warm at best and the ice cream was melted.
Phone call to the store apparently they could refund/replace the ice cream but any talk of pizza I had to go through the app. All of a sudden that was an impossible feat.
Disgusting pizza. Melted ice cream. Terrible customer service. Wont be using again.
