Has definitely gone downhill. The pizzas are poorly put together and lack taste. Service is slow and customer service is lacking.

I ordered a pizza Tuesday evening for collection from Beeston Domino's. When I got home and opened the box, the pizza was a mess. It looked like it had fallen onto the kitchen floor and shovelled back into the box. I ate the pizza hoping that all would be well but it wasn't. The following day I had to rush to the toilet due to a severe upset stomach (I won't go into the fine details). Turns out the pizza was as bad as it looked.

Been going years to domino's, but this time topping was missing and two slices burnt. Could have called but dunno what they could've done cause it was a collection. Spent alot of money so u expect it to be spot on.

Shocking......cold...... barely cooked..... as a franchisee you are ruining the brand. Domino's are brilliant at 99.9% of shops and the Pizza's you delivered were a disgrace

Cold.... not cooked....avoid this shop like the plague. the pizza had obviously not been checked as it was sent out with a base that collapsed upon trying to pick up. The toppings were had not even seen their cooking machine...... money better anywhere else.....even an own brand frozen pizza.....DISGRACE

dominoes is a great pizza shop ,I have an issue with the pricing ,its very expensive but that's kind of what you expect with it

just rang for a small pizza to be delivered and it would cost £ 18.99! but if I collect it would be £6 the thing is Its only me that wants pizza and I can't collect it, no wonder reviews are bad especially word of mouth (they were right dominos is no good)
