Cottage Balti Restaurant
116, 118 Chilwell Rd, Chilwell, Beeston, NottinghamHad a lovely (walk in) meal here. The food was great and service was great too. As they don’t have an alcohol license we bought wine from the coop across the road. There was no corkage charge. Would definitely visit again

130 Wollaton Rd, Beeston, NottinghamEaten here a few times, and had takeaway once. Food is always so tasty and fresh, with lots of different flavours and Persian spices. The food is presented really well too. Even takeaway is packaged and presented really well and tastes amazing. They're all vegetarian dishes (with option to be vegan) but all with the right balance of salt, sweet and umami. Some restaurants treat the vegetarian option as a meat dish and just take away the meat, but not here, you don't feel like anything is missing on the plate and it's full of flavour and you feel satisfyingly full afterwards. The menu changes by season and they have a specials board, so there's always something new to try.The service is always amazing, friendly smiley staff, they always ask about allergies (and can make most dishes vegan, nut free or gluten free), they can explain the dishes well if you ask and you're not waiting ages to order or to pay at the end.The dining area is small, cozy and uniquely Cafe Roya! Previously when I've been, they've had a bottle collection along the wall, this time the table was sort of on a landing upstairs, so the stairs were in the middle of the dining area, without being overly bright and not at all drafty or too warm. This gives the dining experience a special and unique atmosphere, which I really like and I can't wait to go again!

Total 5 star service from very friendly and helpful staff who are so keen for you to enjoy your dining experience with them. Gorgeous food all freshly cooked hot from the wok and ßo tasty. Couldn't manage the sweet menu as all stuffed from starters and mains. Will definitely return when in the area again

Reasonably priced (especially for the quality). £55 for two starters, two mains and two drinks.One thing I will say, which is always a big plus for my girlfriend and I, they are really dog friendly and the staff are extremely polite and attentive. Unfortunately, this is not always the case now days. Will be a regular thing for us from now on.The only negative if I am being super critical is the parking can be a problem.

Unit 9 The Sq, Beeston, NottinghamSlow wait for beverage and food. I had the pepper, pesto and mozzarella fast bread with Decaf tea whilst waiting for an appointment. The staff were lovely and friendly and the atmosphere is great. Very cosy for this time of year.

I was served by someone called negeen I think and she had no problem sorting me out with my orders. Deffo will be coming again!

Papa Johns Pizza
Unit 4, 134 Queens Rd E, Beeston, NottinghamThis place is always consistently good. Pizza only seems to take 10/15 minutes until it's ready and tastes incredibly fresh. Also nice that the pizza isn't greasy and the base is soft. The only thing I dislike is the garlic dip, I find it too rich.The cheesy garlic bread also is nice, however I do prefer the one from Dominoes.

Unit 9, Chilwell Retail Park, Beeston, NottinghamOur visit to Costa Coffee at just after 9 am was met with disappointment as the teacakes and jam were unavailable. Nonetheless, we opted for toast with butter, accompanied by a slice of the delightful lotus cheesecake, complemented by a flat white and chai latte. The service was prompt, delivering nicely hot beverages. The toast arrived still warm, and the generous portion of the delectable lotus cheesecake was truly enjoyable. The staff showcased patience and a welcoming demeanor, while the café maintained a clean and inviting ambiance. Regrettably, the absence of jam and teacakes was a downside. Nevertheless, this minor setback won’t deter us from considering future visits, given the overall positive experience.

The fish-flavored eggplant rice was delicious, and the fried rice was delicious. I don’t know why so many people went to the second restaurant?

6A Chilwell Rd, Beeston, NottinghamWent to The Last Post for an early breakfast before making our way to East Mids airport for a flight out. Getting there for opening seemed to be the ideal opportunity to get a cracking breakfast and we certainly made the right decision. Every item was cooked nicely, the food was piping hot and sent us off on holiday quite happy and sated. It genuinely was very nice indeed.

138 High Rd, Beeston, NottinghamMy boyfriend orders from here all the time cos he works near by and he is getting really fat! Thats probably the horse kebabs. However he says the masala fish when they actually cook it is absolooty lovely. highly recommend the fish. the pizzas are made of a fine grade plastic and taste good he says. The chicken wings are definatley chicken. The staff are really nice - he likes them. But he couldnt eat a whole one.

134 Queens Rd E, Beeston, NottinghamNever really been a huge fan of KFC till I went to this one. Nice and clean, really friendly atmosphere and service. Love the LED neon style light (wish I had one lol). And the best food I’ve ever had from a KFC. 10/10 love it.
