Worst KFC ever. Needs new staff and proper

Currently experiencing the worst food poisoning of my life a day or so after eating here - partner ate the same foods as me except the KFC, so know it's this, as he's fine. This has put me off eating KFC for life. Fairly certain the Food Standards Agency should swing by going off the other reviews as well.

A bad visit unfortunately as we were shortchanged and paid for less than we got. The server explained that drinks were not available so offered a side in it's place but then we didn't get the right amount. Also ordered a burger combo but didn't get the side of chicken. Check your bags when they serve them is my advice.

This KFC has put me off for life, I've ordered here twice and gave them a 2nd chance but both times were equally shocking, the first order had items missing, tasted rancid and was cold, but the second order a few months later was also missing items, poor quality food, small fillets in burgers (item pictured was meant to be a zinger burger) and had a hair in the burger box. Each time I called the service wasn't good and they couldn't replace or bring missing items due to being through deliveroo. Avoid at all costs.

This has surely got to be the worst kfc i have ever been to... shocking and rude customer service... food was cold and boring. The shop is also in a pretty nasty state. Floor was unclean and was freezing almost asif they dont have any heating. Crazy place, stay away.

Come on, £25 for dry chicken!!!! Surely kfc should know how to cook chicken!!!! We also got soggy cold chips and warm drinks because they were put in the same bag. The wrap was so dry and stale it was crumbling. Everything was just awful. This was supposed to be a treat and we threw most away. It’s really not fair when people pay so much money, ( especially when things are so tough for people financially at the moment ) to deliver them this standard of food. We would like a full refund please

We had 12 pieces of chicken missing so we brought our food to the kfc that was only 10 peices of chicken as they requested and when we came to the store we was treated disrespectfully and wasn’t even able to talk to the manager as he was hiding behind the ovens. Horrible service and sarcastic comments from all the staff at beeston kfc store. I will never come back again.

Sad that there's no machines to order on, but at least the staff are really on it, even if that's sometimes at the expense of hot food - one of the better

I recently had another disappointing experience with KFC, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts about it. It was the second time in a row that I ordered food from them and received less quantity than I had ordered.The first time this happened, I thought it might have been an isolated incident, but unfortunately, it seems to be a recurring problem. I placed my order with high hopes, craving some delicious fried chicken, but when I received my bag of food, it was immediately apparent that something was off.

Very worst staff not even answering the questions what we asked, the staff is with full attitude. Regarding food, the fries were so bad and chicken popcorn were cold, they will cheat you in quantity if your new to this place. We ordered crushers last time and the quantity was good we thought the same and ordered the crushers today but the quantity was too low I never expected this service from KFC. Too bad too bad.

I bought food there yesterday, first, the woman seving couldn't speak English. Then she got my order wrong. Luckily I could see her putting the chicken in the bucket and could tell. When I confronted her, she said they had ran out of wings! She also doesn't know the difference between thighs and drumsticks. I wonder if new staff are given any training at KFC. I doubt it
