Main St, Farnsfield, NewarkFantastic pub, turned up just as the kitchen had closed. Staff very accommodating and offered to reopen the kitchen for us. Kept it simple with just having sandwiches of the light bites part of the menu. Beautiful fresh cobs with ham & cheese and cheese & onion, washed down with a some orange cider, just what we needed after an 8 mile walk. Will definitely come back next time we stay at Newhall farm.

The Rustic Crust
Main St, Farnsfield, NewarkFantastic visit today. Pre booked and table ready for us as soon as we arrived. Didn’t struggle to find parking even though the local car park was closed. The wife commented that her meal was the best meal she has had in ages. Staff were excellent and we were made to feel welcome and comfortable on arrival. Being very busy (Good Friday)they still had time to make sure everything was ok. I found the meal fantastic and better than any of the food we had while on a recent short break in Italy. (Yes we did go off from the tourist areas to find restaurants). The portion sizes are very generous and the tiramisu was outstanding. The wife also commented on how good the coffee was but I was too full to try. All in all an excellent meal and very good value for money. Will definitely visit again soon it’s just a shame it’s an hours drive away otherwise I would be visiting more often. Thank you RUSTIC CRUST.

Woodberry Teahouse Café & Shop
38 Main St, Farnsfield, NewarkPre booked for festive afternoon tea. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. We couldn't eat it all so we took it away in little boxes. Staff were fantastic and very welcoming. Will be making this my regular as we I live in one of the next villages Bilsthorpe we have nothing like this

Hexgreave coffee shop
Hexgreave Hall, EstateWe loved this cafe! The staff were so welcoming and friendly! The food is delicious, the setting is beautiful, and the cozy atmosphere made it a perfect spot to relax and have lunch. We especially enjoyed the cakes!!Highly recommended :)
