A lovely meeting place for some nice coffee and a bite to eat. Pleasant friendly staff. Very clean and comforting atmosphere!

Poor… arrived an hour before closing for a break after a busy day. No blond roast available and next to no cakes either. All drinks being served in takeaway cup and encouraged not to site in. Male behind the counter did nothing but moan about working over the xmas period and complain about the management. We use starbucks quite often but it seems the giltbrook store hardly ever have blonde roast available. Not happy at all

Went in on the off chance and bought a medium toffee nut latte. Was nice but slightly overpriced in my opinion. Would return if passing. Smiley staff.

2 coffees, 1 half full. Staff not very friendly, no inside seats as most were taken by people with dogs, some dogs on chairs ? outside seats wet through so had to take our coffee to the car.

Stopped here on a recent shopping trip, what more can I say, it is overpriced coffee and cakes!The shop was clean and the staff friendly and helpful, it is just the pricing that makes it an expensive place to pop intoParking: Plenty of parking on the retail park, but it gets very busy, especially at weekends and bank holidays

Everytime I've placed the order online in this particular branch, to have an efficient service, I've always been let down. Ending up waiting in the queue not knowing which drink is mine and if its even ready. It seemed pointless to order online to avoid the queue.

Shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes after ordering and paying to get a single coffee,expensive also and taste wise very bland unless you add an extra shot which shoots price up even more,perhaps if staff did less chatting to each other and got on with the job the wait wouldn't be as long.

My ride or die. Never had an incorrect order, staff are always friendly and willing to alter any drinks at your request. Very clean environment. Overpriced but I will pay it. Iced chai latte is my drug of choice during the pumpkin spice off season.
