Had Sunday lunch at the Foresters which had been recommended by friends. Made the mistake of ordering the large meal. I'm a big eater and it very nearly beat me. The food (lamb roast) was very nice and seriously plentiful. The beer (Timothy Tailors) was well kept and the service really good and friendly and the cost - surprisingly little, I was genuinely expecting it to be at least 25% more than it was. Just an amazing Sunday lunch, fantastic and well worth the £10 to go large. Pudding was just as amazing sticky toffee pudding with cream sokoto nice, will definitely visit again thankyou also to the very nice and friendly staff.

Lots of different ales on draught including real ales and lagers. Large function room upstairs. Large car park at the side and lovely outdoor seating area. Dart boards in the bar and dominoes available. Social distancing measures in place along with track and trace scheme.
