Terrible customer service. The staff were so rude and were moaning to each other and slagging off previous customers. A girl with a supervisor badge on was so aggressive and complaining how she wants to go home and she hates it there... every table was filthy and had rubbish all over, not to forget the food all over the floor. Several customers walked through the door then ended up walking straight back out. The atmosphere was awful and I'll never go back to this subway again. Terribly run by a bunch of lazy, unprofessional teenagers.

I visited the giltbrook site 9/2/2024 and service was awful. I ordered a vegetarian option last to try and make things easier for the server ... she never changed her gloves after touching meat products. She seemed that she didn't want to be at work with her demeanour being cold and borderline rude throwing our food on to the trays. I could of forgiven this if the place was extremely busy or understaffed but non of these were the case. Not the best experience.

I regularly visit the Giltbrook subway store with my Daughter. I always find the staff to be friendly and polite and they prepare our subs exactly how we like - I cannot fault them. It can be an extremely busy store and they all work so hard. Working with the public can be a very difficult and challenging job with people quick to complain. I’d like to say thank you and keep up the good work ⭐️

Horrible store, no cleanliness at all. No was bothered to clean the tables. Food spilt on floor.Sandwiches were starving for fillings !!Did not like the visit at all.

Went for lunch with my two children today, was under staffed, one girl there appeared more interest in having a chat with her colleagues than serving. Tables were left dirty and when I went back to the counter for napkins as they had ran out the same girl stood talking to the server whilst I stood waiting, terrible!

Wasted 30mins trying to get a sub. I was 2nd in the queue but the staff members were too busy trying to get their delivery orders sorted out or arguing amongst themselves. Restaurant was a mess and there was no apology, after all the waiting the sub was messy. Wouldn't recommend this place.

The new pre configured sandwiches are a joke, you cannot have extra salad with them, also the selection of salad has reduced and yet the price has risen considerably.

Went in here today with my girls . To find food scattered all over the floors and none of the tables had been cleaned not only cover in litter from previous customers but food and sauces smother over it . Absolutely disgusting. I'll never eat in there again
