“Pastability is under new management/ownership now , not what it used to be!
came in a few weeks ago just for a cuppa and a scone, and ice cream for my daughter. absolutely perfect!
today came in as a last minute decision for lunch - to eat properly. the food is to die for! freshly cooked unlike with previous owner it was not. you could taste this in the amazing quality food!! truly gorgeous enjoyed every bit. beautifully presented and perfect portion size.
the restaurant itself is relaxed and inviting. very clean and comfortable. pricing too was great, very affordable!
staff also very professional but super kind and friendly and good above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect for you.

“Came and dined for my partners birthday meal. Deposit paid with Centr Parcs which was deducted off the final bill.

Very attentive team members, not intrusive and gave time for choosing drinks and mains when requested. Food arrived within 10-15 minutes and was all hot, fresh and delicious. I had the pulled beef pizza and my partner had the vegetarian option with added extras which were all very tasty.

Upon the bill (I paid on my way to the toilet..) I requested the server add 10% tip to the bill which sparked a conversation of how I also work in hospitality. She then shared at the bottom of the there was a survey for feedback which would result in some team rewards. However, going into this through your hgem link, there was no option for Centr Parcs Sherwood Forrest whatsoever meaning that your server (Lorna) and the rest of the team would receive no recognition or potential incentives that they have been told to promote through surveys? Sort it out Bella Italia. Surely you can’t ignorantly penalise sites within Centre Parcs or similar complexes? I expect a full explanation as to why these sites aren’t included generally.

Overall. Service was great and the food was to match.
