Apparently this is a ‘Large’ meal. £8. First time I’ve been in a KFC for a while and I won’t be returning. A total rip off, I’d be giving it a minus 10 for value for money. Really has gone downhill over the years. Place is dirty too, and toilets are minging. Staff aren’t bothered, more interested in talking to each other about what they got for Xmas. Avoid it like the plague, in fact the plague would probably be safer.

I ordered through the drive thru on the Monday 18th December, ordered a boneless banquet, tried ordering a milky bar Krush AS THEY STILL HAD THE SIGN THAT THEY SOLD THEN ON A POSTER IN THE DRIVE THRU. All she had to say was sorry we do not serve them anymore, but instead I was met with an aggressive response that she shouted over the speaker of “NO WE HAVENT GOT THEM WHAT ELSE”. The tone and the way she said it was absolutely disgraceful and she should not be working in customer service with an attitude like that. This all happened at around 12pm and the Newark KFC in Lincoln road

We went through drive through. Attendant was rude. When we paid she slammed the car reader on my car door. When we left our order was wrong so we paid more then we should have. Definitely won't be going back. Refuse to use the Nottingham one for similar reasons. Clearly staff training is non existent.

Standard KFC .... Place was clean, waited a while for food thinking it was being cooked fresh, but it wasn't hot at all when we got it. Just about warm enough to eat.

Dont normal review these places, but to be fair, this one today loads a bit run down outside, but the food is very good, fresh, and tasty, which is good for kfc chicken. Proper enjoyed it shame its not more local or would go more often.

We went through the drive thru at 7 pm on the 25th of October and there was nobody manning the speaker or the other window - only the pickup window had someone there, some guy with blonde permed hair, he was really snarky and rude towards us because I didn't understand how the zinger box side worked and was just really dismissive, also completely messed up our order, why bother asking us what we want if you'll just toss us whatever bag is nearest

It is what it is, a fast food drive, though, but it's not so fast. The food was well cooked and very tasty when it arrived, but there was not a lot in the wrapper.

This place is disgusting. Where do i even start? Firstly, there was one window which you have to pay and get your food from, we were then stuck at this window for around 30 minutes to be served with the WRONG order. just to add, when i asked if i was to collect my order at this specific window i was looked at funny by staff and told ‘yea’ in a very rudely manner. they then continued to laugh about what i had just asked them. when i had collected my order and driven away i opened the bag to get my food out to eat and i had a corn on the cob which i never asked for in any of my orders and my child is very highly allergic to corn. what i had asked for was gravy. in the end, we waited so long that we got stuck in mounts of traffic which caused a lot of stress on me as a heavily pregnant woman who needs to use the toilet often and because of your poor services this caused me to have an accident. DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE!

Placed order online but no way to customise burgers on there. Placed order rang store explained to a very grumpy lady who responded with "Well I will see what we can do. You should come to store if you want special items".I only asked for no Mayo on my tower burger, what did I get? Bun and chicken, no cheese, lettuce and they even swiped my hash brown! Rang again once delivered and the excuse was " you said only Mayo". Staff are always miserable and rude, service is slow and shocking. Would rather drive out of newark next time I want a KFC!!

It’s not often that you experience brilliant customer service at a fast food restaurant, but kudos to the guy with the exquisite moustache (I’m sure you’ll know who I mean, that facial hair is not forgettable!) Engaging chat, accurate service and fast! An added bonus - all the napkins I could ever wish for!
Alright KFC in Newark. Easy parking. Store and toilets were bit unclean compared to other branches in region. Staff okay, a bit short. Food was good and up to par - fries were freshly cooked and piping hot. Would still come back to this store for convenience, as close to A46 on routes to or from Lincoln and Boston.

We had our lunch at Newark KFC after my son's football match.The place was clean and tidy. And the food is as good as it can be in KFC as usual.The extraordinary part of our visit this time was that I have left my wallet in the store and just recollect it should have left there at 20:00. My husband and I made the visit to the store with stress.We could not be more delighted after knowing the staff kept the wallet for me and it was returned intact.I am grateful for the staff in Newark KFC ! You are so nice :)

Car Park was completely empty.I walked in and nearly slipped over only to be greeted by a staff member standing and leaning back with her arms folded with a miserable look on her face and soon as I smiled, she ignored me and looked away, not even with a smile on her face saying be careful.I normally enjoy eating out here.Customer Service is much friendlier in McDonalds.

Always considered kfc overpriced low quality garbage. Nothing ever happens there or comes out of there to change that opinion. As for the "fast" food label, they should be prosecuted for spreading false information. I wouldn't eat that c*ap if my life depended on it. My son on the other hand will eat any old garbage, so I occasionally let him waste his money there.
