Came in to stop on the way home. Couldnt get the chicken nuggets on the self service, asked for help and the manager could not be more helpful :-) Took us over to the till and sorted us out with the order we wanted. We even got some apple pies which were originally not available on the till, and the manager sorted it.Lovely staff so helpful and friendly. Nice set up and food was as it looks on the menu. Great restaurant will come back to this one again.

We came in early this morning after a bit of a crazy New Years Eve, and we had amazing service. We were greeted with a huge "Good morning" as we entered the restaurant. Food got delivered quickly and everything was fresh and yummy. We were asked if everything was good and if we needed any assistance dont be afraid to ask. When we were finished and just chatting over our coffees we were asked if we would like our tray cleared away. We were thanked for stopping in and wished a great day. It was an amazing visit from start to finish. We dont usually get this sort of service from other Macdonalds, it was truly a treat. The member of staff in question im sure was called Kirsty (we heard her being shouted for), could you please let her know shes a credit to this Macdonalds.Kid-friendliness: Front of house staff included my children when we visited, offering colouring sheets and crayons and waving hello and goodbye to them, it made them smile

Just the same as any McDonald's. The Bacon and egg sandwich are smaller than I thought they were. Hash browns still have that extra nice taste.

Had no small buns so ordered a Big Mac and customised it to be more like the hamburger I wanted except the got it wrong now I have a burger I can’t eat and they aren’t answering their phone.

Staff looked overworked, understaffed. You could hear the managers and kitchen staff arguing. The wait was very long and I had gone in after peak time.Parking: A very small parking lot that becomes very congested resulting in irate drivers and blocked busy roads.

Terrible place to try and eat not open 24 hours a day. From nidnight it's just the drive through not very good when I've been driving all day and want to get out the car and have something to eat.Avoid if possible...

App order drive through collection was left at the second window for 10 minutes as they forgot I was there!!! Six cars went pass me until I had to knock on the window and then they forgot the fries ? and it was cold so had to go in for it FFS after a very long day at

I can't thank this McDonald's another I broke down and was tuck here for safety n they was fantastic with me n my daughter has we was in a mess n cold they keep asking how we was. I was doing lots of phone calls so they let me charger my phone up.Thank you again

Relatively standard McDonalds in Newark. Would suggest to be mindful in evenings though. As on major junction between A17 and A46 outside of Newark, drive-through queue and therefore queue to enter car park gets very busy.

I don’t feel the staff here get enough praise for the pressure they are under. Most of them are under 18 and are worked so hard and spoken to by the managers like dirt. No wonder no one smiles who works there! I have only given 5*s as the food is always fresh and hot & the kids who work there deserve to be treated better and appreciated!

In my mind it's probably the worse McDonald's I've ever had the privilege to use. The key words are fast food! Unfortunately at this restaurant this is not the case! Food ain't much cop either, when they get the order right. Usually cold and greasy.
