This was the worst Chinese takeaway I've ever had. We were going to order from our usual one in Collingham however thought we would try something new. Bad mistake. so we ordered online via their app which worked well and ordered delivery for 1900, however it came at 1750 before my family was even home to eat it. I sent it back and said to the delivery person "I hope this won't be reheated and sent back" which he assured it wouldn't! It was then delivered 25 mins late and felt not to warm. We tucked into our meal, which was tasteless and bland and the crispy beef was like cardboard. We tried to give the meat leftovers to our dog, but he wouldn't even eat it and he eats rabbit poo from the fields, so I feel that's a good indication. Avoid as this is bad food.

I do not recommend ordering from this place, I have placed an order for a simple meal and it has been over two hours. I have tried calling them several times but no response. They have promised to deliver my order within a short amount of time but have not succeeded to do their job. Please and i repeat do not order from this place.

Ordered the food and it was at my door in 13 minutes I live around 8/10 minutes away from the red house which says they’ve cooked my food in 5 minutes or so, packed it and got it to my house all In that time. The chips looked and tasted like they’d been sat a week the chicken was so hard it was like eating rubber! They basically just warming food up and shipping it out! Very poor, I’ll never order from this place again.
You get what you pay for. This place is cheap but tastes horrible. What's the point in paying for food and having to throw it all away. Rather pay more for better quality.

Been to this place and on multiple occasions they leave out a part of the order all the time, last night it was beef in blackbean, another time it was the rice or another time they left out all the starters to our delight when we arrive home...

I accidentally ordered the wrong thing from the menu. I contacted red House who immediately sent us the correct item and even sped up the delivery to make sure the rest of our food didn't get cold. Brilliant service and lovely food.

Food was appalling chicken was bland and had no taste. Ordered for ASAP and arrived just over an hour later. Tried phoning to complain but no answer. Won't be order from here again.
