This is a good place to stop for a rest while traveling to the south.A few chairs and tables in place.Good quality, all prices visible, full shelves, breakfast deal and very nice girl serving customers.We had coffee and bacon roll for £3.15 each.There are toilets and parking spaces.Nice music if you sit down on the lounge.

Food and drink close to what you would expect from Greggs, but tables NOT being cleaned between customers.Floor, seating and tables were covered in debris, if cleaned once an hour it would have been better. Low staff numbers no excuse.SHARED TOILETS WITH BUGER KING!Repairs needed in ALL.Cleaning needed in ALL.Such a mess I'll not be going there again.Greggs, you need to fix this shop and get Burger King to help with the toilets.What a **** hole.

Arrived at 05:35 the Shop should have opened at 05:30. We waited 10mins but Staff didn't come to the Door to Open or Explain. Left disappointed n went to Gregg's 30miles further on on our journey.

Staff at this restaurant who dealt with me today was a rudest women on earth. I was on a long journey and the lady's attitude put us in very bad mood. I see the other comments in here stating the same Issue. I wonder why she is not been given a proper training to face a customer with friendly face. Whoever manage this site take this as a complaint and take action | also the food we bought are prepared very early and cold.

Not a lot of food prepared at 11am. Toilets were absolutely disgusting. They do a really good hot chocolate and the seating area was clean and tidy
