The staff was very welcoming and accommodating! Amed has been absolutely brilliant , and has provided us the best service ever .The food was cooked brilliantly by the chef Joe and its presentation was very quaint and lovely !Carla , the bartender, made us the tastiest cocktails which were crafted in seconds after we placed our orders ,plus the cocktails were nicely garnished which made the whole experience ! I will be heading back in no time and I advise you do too ?

The 4 of us come for a Xmas dinner every year but last nights dinner was disappointing - our table was not ready (it was busy not that much of an issue for us) but it was so loud we could hardly hear each other. Then when other parties had left, the furniture was being re-arranged next to us and being dragged across the floor. 2 of the table did not enjoy their mains and we had to send back the sticky toffee christmas pudding due to not being able to get the cutlery through it. I was also given the wrong dessert despite my pre-order confirmation email stating what I had ordered.We had to ask for the bill to re-printed as our deposit had not been taken off the final amount.All in all it was well below the usual standard we have come to expect from our Xmas dinners here over the last 6 years of coming.

Had a bottomless brunch for my 21st birthday and I have to say Conner at ‘all bar one’ is some of the best service I’ve had in a while. He never left us without drinks and always made sure we were okay. One of the best bottomless brunches I’ve had.

Always a good experience at All Bar One! Our waiter Kacper went above and beyond which lead me to write a review. He is a credit to the company, polite and courteous and kept up well informed of waiting times etc. A shining example of someone that I would personally be happy to have working with me.
I will not be visiting this venue ever again. We came for a brunch 45 minutes we waited for someone to come and take our drinks order. In 1.5 hrs in total we had 3 drinks, the waitress explained they had 300 guests in the venue and only 3 staff waiting the tables. When our food arrived all 13 meals were cold, we asked for condiments but unfortunately we were told they had ran out of vinegar and tomato ketchup . Throughout our time noone came to clear our dirty cutlery or glasses away. The toilet were untidy and unclean. We spoke to the manager to air our complaints he proceeded to tell us he had a bad back and ghe sit down was a nice rest for him. At the end of our brunch time we waited another 40 minutes to receive our bill...I have never been to a place like this in my life absolutely disgraceful service. I won't ever be returning and I will be letting all my friends and family aware of this.

We pre booked our meal for the 7 of us and had our table booked for 2:30pm. We didn’t get served drinks until 15/20 minutes into our visit and didn’t get our staters until 3:30pm. We then had to wait for our dinner which didn’t arrive until 4:15pm ish and pudding at 5pm. It was disgusting to say we pre booked our meals and even our waiter shared our frustration and was very apologetic. Yes it was busy but waiting an hour for our first course when we had pre booked is unacceptable. This was our annual ladies Christmas lunch and our first time at our venue but it will definitely be our last. Also when we ordered more drinks after our main course they only had enough rose wine for 1 glass even though we ordered 2 and when our bill arrived at the end, we had still been charged for 2 glasses at £10.40 a glass which is disgusting anyway, but then our £70 deposit hadn’t even been taken off!Really not very good service.

Extremely poor. We were called earlier in the day to advise the card machines were down and they could only take cash, so we got cash ready. Got there and no one greeted us for our reservation, didn’t know where our table was so had to ask at the bar, the bar staff couldn’t find someone to show us to our table so we were waiting for 10 mins, then a lady showed us our table and took our drinks order which was a bottle of easy tiger white wine, 15 mins later it never arrived, another waiter asked if we wanted drinks and we said we were waiting for our wine, he then brings over a wine and it’s the wrong one, but we carry on as don’t want to wait again. Once finished we ask for the bill, wait 10 mins and no one brings it over, we went up to the bar to pay and they then tried to overcharge us for the wine and then when we went to pay with cash, they didn’t have any change. Won’t be returning

Second time here! Last time Got Pad Thai (V) really filling meal for Vegetarians a whole bowl! Really nice mixture of flavours too! The desert: caramel biscuit Torte is good I’m not a sweets kind of person- it was sweet but the banana broke down the sweetness nicely as it made it refreshing! Really interesting, filling plates for deserts!. Service was incredible, kind and extremely hard working!! Props to the team it was quite busy and they managed to accommodate everyone elegantly!!! I want to give a special thanks to Brijita and especially Ben(manager) for keeping up with our many changes and managing them all so well! Brilliant job! Excellent hospitality skills!

So we came in for drinks, which was nice. They offer a range of alcohol free cocktails, which was good for me as I can't tolerate alcohol. It looked so fancy as well so I got the same experience as my friends. Highly recommended.
