Fantastic little boozer, staff friendly and welcoming, food outstanding,and service with a smile, and happy at 4 till 7, we will be back up to Nottingham soon, and this place will be our first port of call. Keep it up folks you were superb ?
Top notch Sunday lunch. Very generous portions with great selection of veg and served piping hot with an extra jug of gravy - perfection - worth every penny. Staff are lovely and attentive without being intrusive.

My first visit so booked to go with family. I had the beef Sunday lunch. The beef and vegetables were good, beef tender and perfectly cooked as were the Veg. The Yorkshire pudding though we're awful. Overcooked and dry,. When choosing the desert we were told they only had one apple crumble left. This was at two o clock. I could understand if we were there at a later time. The service was great, no complaints there. All in all a little disappointed.
