Up to Birds usual high standards. All the regular stuff you'd expect from a bakery. Some hot food,snacks and drinks available too. Staff are always very pleasant and courteous.?☮️

Very rude and disrespectful service. Upon requesting allergy information about whether certain pastries had dairy in them we were met with sarcasm and attitude by the young lady at the counter.If you are vegan or have any allergy I would certainly recommend you to NOT go there. I will never be attempting to buy food from there ever again and I will not be giving my money to rude people like that. She gives a bad impression of the business.

I visited the bakery earlier today to experience a very unhelpful, rude member of staff. My son has a dairy allergy and enquired what he could eat, the reply was an abrupt “nothing” from the young lady behind the counter. I felt as if I was in a real life show watching Vicky Pollard from the series Little Britain working in front of me huffing and puffing. When we enquired what the steak slice had in it she said “steak”… I had to ask directly “does it have butter or milk in?”, for her to tap on the screen to check. I am no Karen but when you are dealing with a food allergy that would have left my son quite ill if he ingested, cooperation and care should be taken. Neither were shown in this case, I know if she were my staff she wouldn’t be coming back into work on Monday unless she had a personality transplant as I don’t believe hospitality is her forté! …. Don’t visit.
