I went here for an order yesterday, I felt bad for the staff as it seemed they were running on a skeleton crew. 1 guy was running both the drive through orders and the only till that was open. I overheard one female member of staff complaining to him about not to take any more orders for drive through as they were swamped on orders already. The eating area was messy as probably had no staff to clean up at the time. The food was fine except I was served my coke in one of the slushy cups and it had a break in the plastic so leaked all over-the-counter but was given a replacement. Feel bad for the staff. Shame on the owner, hire more staff.

We were served today by Tia. My daughter was in her wheelchair feeling pretty miserable. Tia made a real effort with her, explaining the different foods and how they would taste - she tried a new food and was very happy. Really happy - great staff and a special thank you to Tia

This BK has been closed for a while, so i decided to give it a go, service was nice and pleasant, long chicken with cheese was amazing, however the fries where bland and the cheeseburger was really dry,. The toilets where next level bad, akin to what you would experience in an old rundown pub.

i always like to make my own mind up with restaurants. i noticed that this burger king meadow lane nottingham had poor reviews however in need of food, we thought , how wrong can they get it and give this place the benefit of the doubt. how wrong i was. staff seem unable to listen. being vegetarian they got order completely wrong. asked for fries to be cooke fresh. stone cold. staff just just seemed uninterested. i know it’s fast food but it’s no excuse for terrible service and a crappy attitude. never again

Great service, friendly staff. Nice, hot food. Came in and everywhere was clean. Toilets smelt fresh and were all clean.
Who ever served us didn't listen so our 2 double whoppers , normal burgers which we didn't know till we got home. My chimichuri Angus steakhouse, that was originally missed and I only realised because I checked my order before I left the store , was a plain steakhouse when I opened it at home . We have burger king like once or twice a year and it just seems everytine there's something wrong with the order ! At least my chilli cheese bites were hot ??

The worst service ever. The waiting time is more than 20 minutes and can reach nearly an hour. The workers are very lazy. If the shop owner cares about his business and that his restaurant continues to operate, he must change the staff
