Me and my partner had come to Nottingham to visit some family and catch the local football game going on and stayed at this premier Inn for the first time . Firstly I'd love to say that the staff Lorraine and Michelle were very accommodating and could not do enough for us during our stay. They made sure we knew the times of services like breakfast, were comfy in our room (down to fetching us a heater for the cold night), check in and check out was very quick unlike some hotels...read full review
We didn't stay the night, but called in for breakfast instead... as it was eat as much as you want I thought it was a buffet style, instead you order and they bring it, I got plenty of what bits asked for, and ibcould help myself to toast and coffees I just felt it wasn't cooked quite right, scrabled eggs were quite pasty and the black pudding very under cooked for my liking... I should have sent it back or said something but im not one for making a fuss specially when the staff...read full review

Great hotel in perfect location for our needs, a short walk to the ice rink.Good price for a one night stay.Staff were fabulous, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble, in fact they seemed genuinely pleased to help! ?
