i ordered a fudge brownie frappe the woman who served me asked 2 questions do i want coffee, do i want cream so i said yes to both of them then she told me to go and wait over at the entrance which wasn’t a problem i waited for 5 minutes or less it was when i was served the drink i got the frappe i wanted with crème and no coffee so i asked for coffee i said to the other woman has this got coffee in she said no so sorry the woman who served me on the other hand had said i didn’t pay for it this made me furious since i asked for it and had plenty of money for it i wont be buying from this costa again but the drink was still very nice but in the future i will not be buying from there.Kid-friendliness: this shop is kid friendly but isn’t at the same time since pushchairs are a big thing with kids and you would be able to fit one in the shop it is to cramped together (when i went)Wheelchair accessibility: the shop was to cramped no way could someone will a wheelchair fit through (when i went)

Terrible service- lady at the counter didn’t ask if I wanted coffee or cream in my frappe and when I saw that she hadn’t put it in (they usually do) I asked politely if she would add it. she was very huffy and said she can’t do it now then all employees ignored me and served the next customer without acknowledging the situation. Not what you expect when you pay £4.25 for a small drink.

Went in the Vic center costa on Sunday for a small coconut latte, before they could make it I saw they had the alpro barista coconut milk which I then ask is that with soya to and they said yes ( costa coffee why did you change your coconut milk brand to a cheaper one I'm disappointed as now I can't have a coffee I and for some other can't tolerate soya) please can you change it back to the old brand please) your a million pound company you don't need to skimp on it!

Its not Costa's fault as its the heating for the building but when the weather was hot, it was very hot inside Costa.
