5 stars to the girls on shift today behind the counter. Clearly understaffed on a busy day with big queues. Provided excellent customer service and kept a warm and welcoming atmosphere whilst tackling the non stop queue. I hope they receive some recognition for their efforts today . Absolutely fantastic customer service!!! Gentlemen called Joe served us and he was fab! So welcoming, courteous friendly...we will definitely be back just due to this experience today. He is a credit and great asset to the Costa brand! Cakes were lovely, coffee were perfect, very hot and well made. Was busy due to half term holidays but tables were cleared immediately and wiped down.

Came on a Sunday morning (11:30). Food and coffee was great! Have to give a big shout out to the two girls behind the counter who were working so hard with a huge queue. Daniella and Marsha always kept amazing customer service! Deserve some recognition for their work!
