Just wondering why staff that are being paid to work are playing the last game of bingo which is paying out extra money for them that are playing bingo all through the bingo session… within the last five weeks they have won three times. This may sound like like sour grapes It isn’t… what’s annoying is they don’t contribute to the rest of the bingo games.. which dose contribute to the last win… love the vibe in the cross keys, but this is very off putting… this week in particular a lot of the bingo players, making comments about the above.

Visited here on the 23rd of June which was a Friday. It was a bit quiet but it was nice. Had excellent service from a lad called Lyle. Served straight away with a smile and a bit of banter. He was very attentative to what I wanted and I’m very picky and it was done to perfection. Nothing seemed like to much effort for him. Lovely lad and a very happy customer. He’s an asset to the team.

What a fantastic breakfast served by a fantastic Bubbly Karen Redfearn. The breakfast burger was great and son throughly enjoyed his mac and cheese and the wife enjoyed scrambled eggs on toast washed down with coffee latte and orange Fanta

Have had a visit recently for a cooling drinks in heat locally to my house. A very lovely outside seating area with and without shade which I have enjoyed very much seating together with my little boy. I do love that the pub is kids friendly! Good service on the bar and a lovely selection of drinks and food to have dinner. I would definitely recommend to go have a dinner and a drink in a nice sunny day ! Thank you for a good service

First time visiting cross keys in Arnold yesterday (3rd June) everyone behind the bar was very well mannered, especially the three lads working the night shift. Service was lovely and the place really give that family friendly vibe. Will be coming back again in the near future.

Went in a couple weeks ago for lunch with my partner and he had a sub I had a burger and it was really tasty. Presentation was good and enjoyable. Better then some of the pubs on the strip
Came for my birthday. Have been here a few times for drinks & food while doing some shopping/errans. All the staff are always a vibe having laughs serving behind the bar & on the floor! Make you feel like your one of the family! Andrew was very helpful helping me pick out a Gin to go in my lemonade! Lovely x

Came in with friends for birthday drinks on Friday 2nd June, nice local pub with a good range of drinks for everyone in the party including non-drinkers. We enjoyed the music played by the DJ too who played for everyone there with a good range. Staff were excellent, really welcoming realising we weren’t all local, very attentive and were all constantly busy serving, clearing glasses etc! Will definitely come again.

Came in for a dinner and a chilled drinks in the outside area. Absolutely fantastic service from Paul & Ant ! They are very friendly and always helpful in absolutely anything ? Drinks were very tasty and cold which was needed in the heat. Food was good and I have enjoyed my visit and will be coming back on regular basis ! Thank you for lovely service!
