It’s sad that I have to provide a bad review for this bar. I was here this evening with friends for my 30th birthday celebrations. The individual who was operating the karaoke equipment is nothing less than pathetic. This poor man should be removed from the premises before he does any further damage to its reputation.After suffering from what can only be described as homophobic abuse from this individual, the remainder of the staff were more than helpful. Sadly, this doesn’t take away from the abuse.Myself and friends decided to leave this establishment in search of more accepting premises.This was a huge shame & I thank the bar man who came to speak to me afterwards. He was the kind of human that should be championing this bar.

It was our last stop before walking back to Castle Marina... from going to see Michael McIntyre.Friendly staff, they made us welcome, Karaoke on....we stayed until they closed at 12am.... it's run by a lovely 4 person team who have been running the reopened pub these last 10-11weeks..I wish them well and hope they become a successful venue....Will definitely call back next time we visit Nottingham...GOOD LUCK.....
