Stopped in for lunch and some shopping. Tried fish n chips in cafe one with beans and other mushy peas. Very large fish, all fish unlike some the have half an inch batter on each end. Had to wait about 10 mins as cooked fresh and excellent value at £6.99 each.

Staff perfect.Atmosphere great.Food quality good.Staffing levels very poorThis is a busy cafe with only minimal staff working. 1 cooking, 1 on the till and serving and one clearing, serving and doing the washing. All resulting in meals being left under heat lamps and being served luke warm or cold. Nothing against the staff 2 stars for the management.

Seems like Morrisons have changed their plates. Why are they now putting Meals on Dessert Plates. They are okay for sliced cakes or pie and custard, but you get a full meal on it, and try cutting your meat on a plate with a lip around it, you will struggle. Perhaps I should do as my son does, and use my hands. Not easy with fried eggs.

A Hugh thank you to morrisons on 2 accounts taking phone orders and delivering to my elderly parents. 2ndly many thanks for the high tea you sent for my father's 93rd birthday. A great example of customer service

As a regular customer the attitude of some staff can improve a lot (especially in the convenience store section). I understand that staff have to follow specific processes when dealing with customer queries, however this persons attitude needs to change especially her listening skills and interpretation of what customer are saying. Just because a customer has a high tone doesn’t mean she is shouting and claiming that a person is shouting, just confirms the employee competence level in dealing with specific type of customers. My advice is to listen, think before responding. Rather guessing what someone is saying before responding. So rated this visit a 1 star for incompetence.

Breakfast is always good. Very friendly and efficient staff. Can be busy but this is not a negative. Me and my friend eat regularly here.

Great food at very affordable prices. The service can be a bit slow at busy times - hence only 4 stars.

The smallest omlette ever... and it was a microwave omlette! Over cooked in the microwave so the edges were like cardboard. Retuned for a fresh one only to recieve the same again...Awful.
