Came for a Sunday lunch with friends who live locally and recommended on 10.12.23. First time I’d been and the pub was very busy with a great buzz of couples, families and friends enjoying a pre-Christmas lunch. We were served very promptly and the food was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful and all at a very reasonable price too, will definitely be returning!
What a great experience whilst visiting the area. This pub was the nearest that was dog friendly and oh my it didn't fail to delight. From the exceptionally freindly staff, the food, the water dispenser for the dogs (a wooden beer barrel) dog biscuits and a collage of dog pictures. Great place! Was severed by Anth and Rory I think his name was? Was lovely. Booked in for a family meal and everything was great. Fast speedy service, friendly staff. Was warm and welcoming. 100% would go back! Thank you for a great time! Will be back soon!
