Massive price increases on takeaway food. but you can save by signing up to the club, taking on one hand giving it away in another. I’ve always purchased takeaway food from here and Coffee just one of my favourites, but sadly I won’t be doing it anymore.

Especially the guy wear in green shirt.I’d give a -1000star if I can unfortunately there’s no option.Ordered iced coffee, it’s extremely bitter, back to ask for sugar nicely, he asked me to put sugar in a iced coffee!?? Excuse me, how is it possible to melt. Asked nicely again if they have sugar syrup. He was just very impatient saying, what do you want me to do.Please management should look into their customer service/attitude. Thanks

Unfortunately I can’t give a 0 so consider yourself grateful for the 1 star, there was no system for the the queue it was all over the place, I ordered a large latte with 3 shots, and I was given a summer iced drink, then when I asked for my order I was given a small latte, I asked if it was 3 shots to which I was ignored several times to be told “no that’s a large” well I paid for a large.. they clearly have an issue of listening to their customers, and the attitude was ridiculous and after all that it wasn’t even that nice my nan who’s blind has made me a better latte.

These guys clearly have an issue listening to their customers because they consistently get my order (for one coffee!) wrong. Worse is their attitude when told it’s incorrect. I used to pay for a coffee subscription here as I work in town every day, but now I tend to visit places that value my custom a bit more.
Staff friendly and very efficient lovely to see happy faces serving you. Shop and eating area very clean thoroughly nice shop.

The manager and the other guy (Think he is Italian) who works there are so unbelievable rude, the way he speaks to some customers is just not acceptable, I don't know how he managed to get a customer service job!!!!Some the other staff are nice, Place is a bit grubby too with very little seating, can be very claustrophobic at times.
