Good range of freshly prepared lubches and snacks available to suit many dietary requirements, including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan. Set in an easily accessible location in the city centre with searing both inside and outside. Can get rather busy at lunch times.
I always find it very tricky to review a franchise branch like Starbucks, Pret, Nero, Costa or Columbus etc etc. Do you review on the taste which is mostly same across all branches or do you review them for staff courtesy which more or less falls along same spectrum of hospitality due to their training. Even location isn't a definite criteria for reviewing such places as you can find a branch in your neighborhood, city everywhere. So I always base my review on how a visit made...read full review

The manager and the other guy (Think he is Italian) who works there are so unbelievable rude, the way he speaks to some customers is just not acceptable, I don't know how he managed to get a customer service job!!!!Some the other staff are nice, Place is a bit grubby too with very little seating, can be very claustrophobic at times.
