“I can't rate the food as we went for a drink prior to a concert at The Royal Concert Hall. I was very impressed by the barman who was extremely helpful and despite being very busy he was relaxed, friendly and served everybody efficiently and equally. We stood at the bar enjoying the upbeat atmosphere. There was a good selection of drinks including about 10 on tap. We could've had a game of pool and a sit down on a variety of stools, comfy seats or benches. The decor was fun and overall a very inviting and warm pub.”

“we have been for food a few times and always loved it. popped in today on the off-chance of having a table for a roast, they kindly fitted us in and it was fantastic. most pubs use ready made smash and frozen roasts which is why we dont usually bother going out for a roast so we where very happy to realise everything was real and home made. we all really enjoyed our dinners. the staff are always really friendly too.”
