We visited this evening with my wife, who has a disability. They catered to her accessibility needs perfectly - there was a lift for wheelchair access, a dedicated disabled toilet and a ramp for going to the karaoke rooms. Not only that, but the staff also served us the drinks wherever we were sat. It was a fabulous experience, and we will definitely come again. Staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. There is a wide selection of games to play - ideal for a group night out. Drinks are strong and very nice. Definitely a place I would recommend
