Staff did not look happy about beingthere which makes you reluctant to ask for help as you feel like you're bothering them.The store was messy and floor dirtier than expected, especially as it was a dry day.The layout was okay, however, some displays were positioned a little too close, meaning it would be difficult to navigate if you were a larger sized person or if you had children/a pushchair with you.
Seemed very quiet and drab for a new look. Someone smelly must have went around and tried on the clothes because you could smell body odour radiating from some of the hangers, I lifted a top and it just stank.

Nice shop, busy as always but has a surprisingly calm atmosphere.I almost always find what I'm looking for here and if I can't see it myself the staff are always happy to help me.
