Really rude manager Saki. I stopped by on Sunday to clean my car and the brush has scratched every panel of my car. I left my number with the lady working on Sunday and was told the manager will get back to me tomorrow. So I waited patiently on Monday and didn’t hear anything back. I went down at 16:30 to get a resolution and the manager ‘Saki’ had already gone so I left my number again. I finally called today Tuesday morning and got through to him and he was very rude, told me nobody every had a problem and he’ll get back to me. I explained I needed an answer today really and asked when he would get back to me and he hung up. I will update the review when he finally gets back to me… for now I urge everyone please avoid this petrol station if you can. Also avoid Tollerton as he manages that one also.

Rude and unhelpful staff that didn't listen when I explained that their costa meal deal was misleading and could lead tk confusion over how the signs were places and the products snickered. Rather than try to understand, I got a terse "do you want it or not."

Very poor customer service. The assistant behind the counter late 50s spoke to another customer whilst I payed, and never spoke a single word to me or even acknowledged my presence, SO RUDE don't deserve the custom and overcharge everyone for fuel as well,

This filling station is frequently closed due to the check-outs not working, how can I be a loyal customer when you keep on having technical issues with your check-outs. Had to fill-up at Esso again. Not good for business Shell ☹️

Got my car washed and also got £1000 bill to repair it as shell basically said, my car was knackered before going there? Even though they didn't see it.

I’ve used this station many times whilst visiting family in Ilkeston travelling down from Scotland.Not any more, a member of staff refused to take a Scottish note, stating that it doesn’t say Stirling, well it does, also called it a foreign note. What a joke, Scotland is still part of the UK.No wonder the SNP want independence.

Sacked my with no good reason withheld money kept staff on who have weed rats running free out the back steer clear! and when you got 4 kids to feed and cloth money withheld is just a joke!

Never any problems here, although don’t ever use the drive in car wash, never usually use them but going on a trip tomorrow and the jetwash closes at 2100, my cars is marked up like crazy
