This Starbucks is a real missed opportunity. The location is really handy, the drinks are good - and I feel comfortable getting on with some work here. Nicely air conditioned too.The bad news is that it's dirty. Consistently dirty. Tables and floors never seem to be wiped/swept - and toilets are always a state. I don't like to write disappointing reviews, but I've been so hopeful that this Starbucks would improve over time and it just hasn't. I've read another review of it saying that they found it to be clean - they must've been lucky. Sadly, I've not experienced this yet.

It's really annoying to spend so much on very average coffee only to see you don't actually have to buy anything; the place was full of people using power sockets, wifi, comfy seats while eating their own packed lunches or consuming nothing at all. One woman even had her own flask of coffee and was sat in the window watching the world go by! Staff clearly afraid to challenge these freeloaders.

Love love love starbucks. Staff there are really nice and helpful. They listen and make your drinks exactly how you like them ......... extra hot and extra caramel drizzle till their hand hurts lol ?

The only redeeming feature for this branch is that it's spotlessly clean. Early Saturday morning I'm second at the counter wanting a simple black coffee to take out. Four people are served before me. No apologies just robotic and non caring staff.

This is a relatively regular spot for coffee. I usually order the blonde roast which I find to be ideal for my taste.The service is good. The cleanliness is good as well.The music system seems to be a problem as the sound quality was very poor.Parking: Dedicated parking for customers available.

The place is well maintained, The toilets are not so maintained. There are no tissues inside the toilets. I was served with a lot of hot chocolate and cream with little coffee. I had ordered a mocha with no cream.

Considering the price of coffee and extras, which are always very nice. The tables are usually not cleared of used cups, etc. Which is not as it should be as the prices paid are for a premium product which should also be reflected in the service.
