So disappointed, we ordered online to be delivered to our work. I asked for a Turkey salad and got a tuna salad so had to remove the tuna and there wasn’t much salad for nearly £7 I paid and everyone else’s was like it had been in the freezer but some are supposed to be toasted so overall massively disappointed. A lot of food thrown in the bin. Do not use this location

I like to get my sauce in a pot so I can dip as I desire with my sub. This store will charge 50p although I can get as much as I like on the sub. No other Subway has done this.

Team behind the counter working hard but they are all dealing with uber eats orders so if you're a walk in customer like we were, don't bother, it took us 40 minutes to get a sandwich. Ridiculous. More staff needed or they should close the restaurant to walk ins.

Staff did me a Vegan Sub today, great food, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Never enjoyed a Subway so much in my life.

First star it's already too much, but sometimes you might get your order before 20 minutes of waiting even when they are not busy.\\nDon't expect to be clean or anything near...because it might be only in the morning when opening.\\nThe staff it's very unprofessional and I don't think that anyone is to blame but the person who trained them.\\nBeen there a couple of times...today was the last.

Went in yesterday (Sunday 16/05/2021 around 2pm) and was greeted by a man (who was on his own) the queue was really big however I was so impressed with his customer service skills, he apologised for the wait and was so professional whereas I think I would’ve been so stressed, I wasn’t the only one who commented on how good his customer service skills were someone in front of me did to! I didn’t feel rushed at all and actually no one minded the wait as we were greeted with kindness! I wish I took his name but he was tall and had a tattoo on his arm! Hope you figure out who it is and give him praise as he is a credit to your team!

Ordered a meat feast 6" sub, was given one meatball cut in half because they ran out, and staff member(manageress) tried to disguise the fact, no alternative was offered, the sub was Luke warm, hash browns were warm and soggy, didnt offer receipt that clearly had discount offers for future visits, and would not take my £50 note, not a pleasant experience.
