Went in yesterday (Sunday 16/05/2021 around 2pm) and was greeted by a man (who was on his own) the queue was really big however I was so impressed with his customer service skills, he apologised for the wait and was so professional whereas I think I would’ve been so stressed, I wasn’t the only one who commented on how good his customer service skills were someone in front of me did to! Pretty good service, had a decent turnaround time on customers so I shan't imagine anyone standing around waiting for too long at all. Also I had the steak and cheese wrap and certainly wasn't disappointed. It had plenty of filling and was well made so I wasn't wearing half of it when I was eating. The children's meals are very reasonable however the bundled toys are not the greatest of items.
