Awful service, told I couldn't sit down due to cleaning which is fair enough, yet, 15-20 minutes later, absolutely nill progress has been made. I was also told (when I asked) that I could only sit outside and yet, after I ordered, numerous people are sitting inside (compared to hardly any prior).Quality of food is good, customer service is not good enough.How to improve for next time?- Ensure that all customers have the option to freely choose where to sit- Ensure that when staff answer questions, they answer them in a less intimidating manner.- Ensure that customers are treated as equally as others, (this ties in with intimidation)- Ensure that customer service is up to an expected level by insuring all customers are okay, making sure that when they tell people they can't sit somewhere, that they actually get on with the job (aka cleaning in my case) rather than do nothing and by the time I've finished there's been no progress.- Ensure all tables are cleaned to an adequate standard, as I said, I got told to move to a dirty table from a clean one. What kind of service is that?- Ensure all customers are treated fairly and respectfuly.Thank you for reading, this response is accurate at the time of posting and may be subject to change if my next experience is improved. Manager of the place is one cheeky women she talks to her staff and customers like rubbish Tryna rush everybody out the shop I paid for my food then when I asked for a bag she was trying to get rude and was moaning about 10 p when I didn’t care about paying the extra 10 p but Working in customer service you are supposed to offer a bag instead of getting defensive when being asked for one

I love Subway. It’s one of my favourite places to eat. I visited on the 02/05/2022 and I left there feeling very disappointed. The Manager on duty does not treat her staff well. She speaks to them as if they are slaves. A particular employee was sent to wash the pots at the back in a way that suggested that she’s only good for that job. The manager told another employee to go watch her to make sure she does the washing up properly. I could tell that the young lady felt embarrassed. She obeyed and went right away. The Manager’s behaviours is very condescending and disrespectful. This is no way to treat staff and especially in front of customers.

First time coming to this Subway as we hadn’t been before and they had solved the seating issue with I had previously experienced at other Subways. All the staff are lovely but the manager was horrible. Nothing to do with me but hearing her complain about the staff’s work in a frustrated, non-constructive way, left the whole place feeling uncertain about the service we would get yet the restaurant and the service was great. I understand constructive criticism is great but I heard everything the workers had done wrong which is not only embarrassing on their behalf, but none of the customers or even other employees' business. I tried to call her over when she was leaving to confront her but she ignored me. No surprise there.

I had a steak and cheese wrap and had it toasted. Usually when have a 6 or 12 inch sub you can tuck into it straight away.. I had the steak and cheese wrap and had it toasted and there was NO WARNING AT ALL that it would be piping hot... Took a bite into it and burnt my mouth which was very unpleasant! Ruined the whole meal a little warning when doing wraps to just say to the customers " It will be alot hotter than the subs be careful " would be very appreciated!Only reason I'm giving some what of a 2 star is because the lady who served me was very nice, polite and seemed new to her job and I thought did well however there was 4 staff members on and not 1 gave a warning about how hot it would be.

Busy Subway in the middle of the Intu Victoria Centre. Great for grabbing a quick bite to eat. Typical Subway with usual offerings. Has seating but no toilets. Toilets in shopping centre close by. Staff service is usually quick and friendly.

Staff members shouting and talking over customers and are very rude when ask them a question high chairs were filthy and when asked if they wouldnt mind cleaning them i got told we clean them in morning and at night its the reaponsibility of thr parent to clean up after been used which is fair enough but i hadnt used it yet i had only just gone to sit down will not be going back.

Customer service is terrible. They rush you and are not patient if you need some time to decide what you would like. The place is constantly filthy. One of the employees left her dirty gloves and a wrapper on the paper to roll up the sandwich, and another employee just took them off and rolled my sandwich in it anyway. Never had a pleasant experience here, and is the only Subway I've been to that is this terrible.

They made my turkey and ham on honey oat bread just right. The amount of toppings added was perfect and they did with care to create a beautiful sandwich that I am now enjoying.
